Правила использования подарочного сертификата Школы автодрома Чайка

1. The certificate has the form of a cardboard postcard with its non-repeating unique number or an e-mail with a non-repeating unique number. The certificate is not named. It does not include an amount.
2. The certificate can only be used at the Chaika Autodrom School (Kyiv region, Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka, Aviakonstruktora Antonov str., 2, tel. 0500444417)
3. The right to use the certificate belongs to the person who presents it.
   The validity period of the certificate (the date until which it is necessary to activate the certificate) is 1 (one) year from the date of purchase and is indicated in the certificate itself. Upon expiration of the certificate, it becomes invalid and the money paid for it is not returned. You must activate the certificate (book the date of the lesson) before the expiration date of the certificate.
4. The certificate contains a hologram with a unique number, in which the lesson/course is encoded. Repetition of the number is excluded.
5. Information about the content of the lesson \ course is available on the website of the Chayka Autodrom School (chayka-school.com.ua)
   The certificate can be used once during its validity period.
6. When registering for a lesson/course using a certificate, you must inform the manager of the unique number of the certificate
   When passing a lesson/course, the certificate is withdrawn and disposed of, and a non-repeating unique number is canceled in the school database.
7. The bearer of the certificate has the right to choose another lesson / course:

   – for equivalent in value – without additional payment;

   – for a lesson / course, the cost of which is higher – with a surcharge of the difference;

   – for the lesson\course, the cost of which is lower – without compensating the difference;

   in this case, the prices for the selected lesson/course are taken into account, which are indicated on the website of the Chayka Autodrom School (chayka-school.com.ua) at the time of choosing the lesson/course.

    

8. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash
   Anyone who has purchased a certificate can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, the certificate must not be activated and is canceled from the moment of return. After 14 days from the date of purchase, the certificate is non-refundable.
9. During the promotion period, the validity of the gift certificate does not apply to classes / courses with special prices, with discounts and gifts
   If lost, the gift certificate is non-refundable.
10. Chaika Autodrom School is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the gift certificate as it is bearer certificate and does not require the bearer’s identity card.
11. By purchasing a gift certificate, you accept these Rules in accordance with the terms of the public offer.

     

12. These Rules can be changed unilaterally without prior notice to the owner of the gift certificate. Information about the changes can be obtained on the Chaika Autodrom School website or by calling 0500444417
