Chaika Autodrome School loyalty program

1. Terms:

Participant of the Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) – a natural person over the age of 18 who purchased a lesson / course at the Chaika Autodrome School (including in the form of a gift certificate).

Participant’s card – a plastic card with a unique number, which provides the Participant’s identification and enables the Participant to accumulate bonuses for purchasing Chaika Autodrome School services and use bonuses to purchase Chaika Autodrome School services.

Participant’s account – a collection of data in the system of the Chaika Autodrome School on which bonuses are accumulated and stored, as well as from which the required number of bonuses is debited at the Participant’s request for the purchase of services at the Chaika Autodrome School

Bonus – a conditional unit that is credited to the Participant’s account and debited from the Participant’s account in accordance with the specified conditions for accumulation and calculation of Bonuses. Bonuses do not have a cash (monetary) expression and cannot be received in monetary equivalent. Bonuses are not electronic money and do not perform the function of electronic money. According to the established conditions of the program, 1 (one) bonus is equivalent to a discount of UAH 1.00. (one hryvnia 00 kopecks).

2. To participate in the Program, it is necessary to purchase services (class / course, gift certificate) at the Chaika Autodrome School and provide a mobile phone number to activate the Participant’s Account. A participant who makes a purchase at the Chaika Autodrome School for the first time receives a plastic club card with a unique number. One card can be registered for one mobile phone number.

3. The loyalty program includes the accumulation of bonus points that add up:

– 3% of the cost of the lesson / course (including a gift certificate) – during the initial purchase of services

– 2% of the cost of the lesson / course (including a gift certificate) – from each subsequent purchase of services

– 3% of the cost of the lesson / course (including the gift certificate) – if the lesson / course (including the gift certificate) is purchased on the recommendation of the client (in this case, the card number and mobile number of its owner must be mentioned).

4. Bonuses can be used to pay no more than 50% of the cost of the lesson / course (including a gift certificate).

5. When paying for services (class / course)  gift certificate, bonuses are not accrued.

6. Bonuses are debited using the Participant’s mobile phone number registered in the Program and provided by him.

7. The participant has no right to transfer accumulated Bonuses to a third party.

8. For classes/courses for which bonuses were paid, bonuses are not accrued for the part paid for with bonuses.

9. Additional discounts offered by Chaika Autodrome School do not add up to bonuses when purchasing services.

10. Bonuses are credited to the Participant’s Account at the time of purchase and, according to general rules, receive the status of “active” and can be used 14 days after accrual, provided that the services for which the Bonuses were accrued are not returned.

11. Enrolled bonuses are stored on the participant’s account for 12 months from the moment of enrolment. If, for any reason, the Participant does not use the bonuses within the specified period, their balance is automatically canceled. The procedure for canceling unused bonuses is determined and established unilaterally by the Chaika Autodrome School. The validity period of the plastic card is unlimited.

12. The club card can be used only at the Chaika Autodrome School (Kyiv region, Petropavlivska Borshchagivka, 2 Aviakonstruktora Antonova St., tel. 0500444417).

13. When registering for a class / course using a card, you must inform the manager of the unique number of the card and the mobile phone number to which it is linked.

14. By purchasing the services of the Chaika Autodrome School, the participant confirms that he is familiar with and agrees to the rules of the Program and consents to the entry of his personal data into the electronic database belonging to the Chaika Autodrome School.

15. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data, as well as timely notification of changes to his phone number and other data.  The Chaika Autodrome School does not personalize or verify the information provided by the Participant during registration and confirms the status of the Program Participant based on the data (information) provided by the Participant himself.

16. The Participant can find out about the number of accumulated bonuses and the possibility of their use, as well as the balance on the account, by calling 0500444417.

17. When refusing to purchase a service: 1) bonuses used during its purchase are credited back 2) accrued for its purchase – written off.

18. In case of loss of the plastic card, the Participant is obliged to notify the School of the Chaika Autodrom by calling 0500444417. In this case, the Participant can continue to accumulate/debit bonuses from the account and use all the benefits using a mobile phone number. Chaika Autodrome School is not responsible for all transactions that were made with the card before the Participant reported the loss of the card.

19. If the Program is closed, all Bonuses accrued to the Participant during participation in the Program may be used by him within the 1st (one) month after the publication of the notice of closure on the website of the Chaika Autodrome School.

20. Information provided by the Participant during registration and in the process of direct participation in the Program is his personal data. The Participant’s personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, mobile phone number, date of birth and other data regarding the Participant) are confidential information. The collection, processing and further distribution of such personal data is carried out by the Chaika Autodrome School in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine, as well as the terms of this program.

21. The Participant of the Program gives unambiguous consent to the fact that all data, including personal data and data on purchases made by the Participant, can be received, stored, processed and used by the Chaika Autodrome School without limitation in terms of time and territory, for the purpose of implementing the Program, creating new programs loyalty, studying consumer demand, for marketing, informational, advertising or other similar purposes, providing the Participant with advertising and informational materials without restrictions.

22. This Program is an accession agreement within the meaning of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
